We are based in Mansfield and cover all surrounding areas and beyond.
Travel costs up to 40 miles from Mansfield are included in our packages, additional miles are charged at 45p per mile.
Although our packages ensure your dog can be involved in every aspect of your day, they will not be with you constantly.
This is because some dogs can get overwhelmed if exposed to long periods of over stimulation. Loud noises, lots of people, excitement and new smells can increase anxiety and stress levels.
As your dog’s wellbeing is our main concern, our packages include time out sessions where your dog can be exercised and have 1 on 1 play time to burn off any extra energy. Followed by rest where they can sleep and recharge, to reduce their stress levels (this will be carried out at an agreed location with the gold package).
We try to fit in with your guests as much as possible, we do have a company uniform (black trousers, black shoes and a branded polo shirt).
Although we work with your photographer to achieve the best photos with your dog, we will not be included in the photos.
We always clean up after your dog and dispose of waste properly. We also carry waste bags and sanitizer with us at all times.
No, we do not offer pet boarding as a separate service.
However, we can provide overnight care in your own home if you chose to add this onto your package (maximum of 2 nights).
*Please note we are unable to provide boarding in our home.
We take note of emergency contacts, including vets, and discuss your dog’s needs in detail at your initial consultation.
We will also have information of the nearest veterinary practice to your venue.
We carry a dog first aid kit and are trained in canine first aid to give minor treatment if needed.
Should the need arise where your dog needs urgent medical attention, we will make every effort to contact yourselves or your emergency contact.
If we cannot contact anyone we will make the decision in your dogs best interest, to take them to get treatment.
The cost of veterinary treatment is not included in our packages and is covered by yourselves.
